Description
"In finely written hand, extremely tiny, are listed the presidents of the United States, the States of the Union, the names of the pupils in the school according to grade, a picture of John Parsons, and Parsons’ presentation speech, and an article “The Grand Monument” (a description of the school and the gifts). A poem is also written in the same calligraphy. It was written for the occasion."
