Dr. David Santander of Bear Mountain Acupuncture will introduce the practice of QiGong through Breathing, Movement, and Meditation in this two part series. No experience is required.
Qi Gong is the study of living: A Chinese system of self healing and cultivation through breathwork, visualisations, stretching, mantra and lifestyle practices.
David Santander is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese trained in Acupuncture, Herbology, Bonesetting, Qi Gong, and Nutrition.
