Join us for another baking class by Tina Zaccardi. Learn how to make your own almond paste and then use it to make pignoli cookies. All you will need is a food processor.
228 grams of Almond Paste (8 ounces)
80 grams of Granulated Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Almond Extract
30 grams of Egg Whites (1)
2 Cups of Pine Nuts (Raw, not toasted)
