SUMMER READING | ART | PAINT CLASS
I'm sorry if you missed it, but this event already took place.
Paint a masterpiece from the 1930s with art instructor Connie Manna. You will be making a seascape originally painted by American realist painter Edward Hopper called The Long Leg (1935). Known for his oil paintings, Hopper was equally proficient as a watercolorist and printmaker in etching. Both in his urban and rural scenes, his spare and finely calculated renderings reflected his personal vision of modern American life.
All materials will be supplied by the library and can be picked up in advance of the class. Please contact the library at (914)-835-0324 to arrange the pick up of your art packet.
For anyone on the Waitlist, you will be notified if a spot become available. Our supplies are limited, but you are welcome to join us for the class.
Registration is required to receive the Zoom link.
