We are having an additional sewing session due to the popular demand by our patrons.

Come join our Quilt-Maker-In-Residence, Susan Deshensky, to learn how to sew a mug rug to take home.

All materials are provided and precut. Participants will design and make simple mug rugs. Space is limited. Please sign up!

Machine sewing is encouraged. Ms. Deshensky will demonstrate and teach you how to use a sewing machine. Bring your own sewing machine and the instruction manual with you or use one of the 8 machines we borrowed from Westchester Library System.

Susan Deshensky is a needle pointer, a quilter, and a certified instructor for Judy Niemeyer/Quiltworx. She has won several awards for her work. She owns her own small business, Lady Blue Quilt Studio. Susan teaches at local quilt shops and quilt guilds, and makes custom t-shirt and memory quilts.

This event is full and registration is closed.
