Ground your mind and body with gentle yoga. Gentle yoga is a twist on traditional yoga making practicing yoga accessible to those who cannot stand or move easily. This form of yoga is perfect for any age. Chairs and mats are available.
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement and bring water.
