Computer classes that provide an orientation to the computerized catalog and the Internet are offered on a regular basis at the Main Library. Please call the library at (914) 835-0324 for the class schedule or see Events at the Main Library.
Who could teach how to use computers better than teens? The Computer Tutor program puts seniors and teens together, in pairs, as their schedules allow, and the lessons are tailored to the individual learner. The pairs may meet once, or they may meet ten times, depending on the needs of each person. Meetings are set up through the Young Adult librarian, Marilyn Horton. If you are either a teen or a senior citizen, and this sounds like it could be for you, please come to the information desk and fill out an application.
